JPMorgan Chase: S&P 500 rejects Strategy's entry into the finger, hitting crypto treasury companies

Source: golden
According to JPMorgan analysts, the S&P 500 committee recently refused to include Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) in the index, although it has met technical standards, a move that has hit the crypto-treasury model. The analysis notes that the decision reflects caution towards businesses with Bitcoin assets as their financial core and may prompt other index providers to reevaluate the inclusion of similar companies. JPMorgan Chase warned that the stock prices and financing channels of Strategy and similar companies are facing weakness, investor interest weakened, and equity financing has declined significantly. As doubts rise, funds may turn to crypto companies with actual business (such as exchanges and mining companies) rather than treasury companies that rely on balance sheets to hoard coins.
