PANews reported on September 5 that according to Cointelegraph, the stablecoin Frontier Stable Token (FRNT), approved by Wyoming, USA, will be released on the Hedera blockchain after its main network was launched in August. On Thursday, Hedera issued an announcement saying that the Wyoming Stablecoin Commission, which is responsible for issuing the stablecoin, has selected the Hedera blockchain as a candidate issuance platform for FRNT and approved the relevant proposals after reviewing multiple possible networks. While many people expect FRNT to be available within days of August’s release, the Wyoming Stablecoin Commission website said Thursday that users are currently unable to purchase. Hedera said information about the purchase of the stablecoin will be released “soon”.
It is reported that the stablecoin was issued on seven blockchains at the beginning of its launch, namely Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Polygon, Optimism and Base.
