OpenAI announces ChatGPT project functionality is open to free users and adds new features

According to Shenchao TechFlow, OpenAI announced on September 4 that ChatGPT's "project" function is now open to free users. New features include a larger file upload capacity, free users can upload 5 files, 25 Plus users, and 40 professional/commercial/enterprise version users. In addition, users can customize colors and icons and use project-specific memory control functions. These features are already available on the web and Android and will be pushed to iOS users in the next few days.
