Metaplanet Special General Meeting of Shareholders passed several resolutions

According to Foresight News, Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced the resolution of the shareholders' special meeting. The resolution includes increasing the number of statutory shares to 2,723,000,000 shares, allowing pure online shareholder meetings and establishing authorized shares.
