InFocus will launch digital venture investment business and receive AUD 10 million financing from Mythos Group

According to Foresight News, Australian data analytics and software solutions listed in Australia has announced the launch of InFocus Digital Ventures, a new division focused on blockchain, digital assets, artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technologies, and has received $10 million in financing from Mythos Group. InFocus will withdraw $2.5 million from the financing this week, and the funds will be invested immediately in the Monochrome Bitcoin ETF (CBOE: IBTC), enabling indirect investment in Bitcoin while maintaining strategic flexibility. The full AUD 10 million convertible bond issuance still requires shareholders and regulators’ approval, and shares of Mythos and other investors will be subject to a lock-in period of up to 360 days to strengthen the long-term partnership between Mythos and InFocus.
