Binance: River BuildKey TGE has two-stage points thresholds of 209 and 61 Alpha points

To participate in the BuildKey TGE of River, users must meet the following Binance Alpha points requirements:
Phase 1 (BuildKey subscription): At least 209 Alpha Points are required, and 15 points will be deducted for participation.
Phase 2 (BuildKey transaction): At least 61 Alpha Points are required, and no points will be deducted for participation.
