DeFi Development launches UK finance accelerator DFDV UK

DeFi Development Corp., a US listed company, announced the launch of DFDV UK, the first public financial investment vehicle in the UK focusing on Solana. DFDV UK was formed by a group of investors' recent acquisition of Cykel AI (LSE: CYK.L), and DeFi Dev Corp., as well as local management and board members, hold approximately 45% of the shares. The company expects its equity in DFDV UK to bring additional upside over time to Solana EPS (SPS).
