SEC and CFTC work together to formulate cryptocurrency trading rules

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) issued a joint statement that explicitly stated that registered exchanges can provide spot cryptocurrency products with leverage or margin, providing clear guidelines for listing on the U.S. futures market and national stock exchanges. Gemini will be listed on Nasdaq next week under the stock code GEMI with a target valuation of $2.22 billion, while American Bitcoin also plans to conduct an IPO on Nasdaq this month.
