Paxos updates USDH proposal v2, will cooperate with PayPal and other companies and receive $20 million in PayPal eco-incentive

Stablecoin issuer Paxos updates the USDH proposal v2 version, which provides three upgrades: first, a partnership with PayPal, HYPE is launched in PayPal/Venmo (requires regulatory approval), and provides USDH free deposit and withdrawal, $20 million ecosystem incentive, and global payment integration between Checkout, Braintree, Venmo, Hyperwallet and Xoom; second, a clear AF-first incentive structure, Paxos can only earn benefits after reaching the TVL milestone, with a cap of 5%, and all fees are charged in HYPE tokens; third, Paxos can legally issue stablecoins in Europe, ensuring that USDH can expand globally in a fully compliant manner.
