EXIO Group cooperates with CITIC Xinhui to issue the first convertible bond RWA digital token

PANews reported on September 10 that according to the Xinbao newspaper, the licensed virtual asset trading platform EXIO Group announced that it has jointly issued the first real-world asset (RWA) digital token $EXCB-25 (Ethereum main network) in Hong Kong with a convertible priority note structure. This product supports subscription in stablecoins, and the trust institutions register asset ownership, reduce issuance costs and improve on-chain asset rights confirmation, and strengthen asset value stability.
