Kyrgyzstan's Finance Minister proposes to establish national Bitcoin strategic reserves

Huobi HTX reported that according to The Bitcoin Historian, the Kyrgyz finance minister plans to propose a bill to propose a national strategic reserve of Bitcoin. The proposal includes the government's participation in Bitcoin mining.
