Siemens joins hands with Evident: Creating artificial intelligence-driven diagnostic technology to lead the future medical development

Siemens Medical has installed the first Naeotom Alpha.Pro photon counting CT scanner in the University Hospital of Cleveland, which provides AI-enhanced imaging with lower radiation and scanning speeds up to 491 mm/s. The system benefits pediatric and heart disease patients by reducing sedation needs and dependence on beta blockers. In addition, Siemens has partnered with Evident to integrate AI-driven digital pathology at Ludwigshafen Hospital in Germany, aiming to simplify workflows and improve diagnostic accuracy for more than 25,000 cases per year.
