According to Singapore media reports, TerraformLabs co-founder DoKwon had a fancy to a top-floor luxury house on Orchard Road, Singapore five months before the cryptocurrency crash, and paid about SGD 19.4 million (50% of the purchase price) of purchase fees and subsequent payments, but the transaction was not completed. It is reported that after DoKwon's accident, the property developer has confiscated the huge sum. South Korean DoKwon believes that the amount should be invalid and confiscated, so he entrusted his wife to recover from the Singapore High Court, but the recovery of the funds has been rejected by Singapore High Court Judge Philip Jeyaretnam. In addition, DoKwon and Luna Foundation Guard were sued by 366 investors in Singapore's International Commercial Court in May, facing claims of about US$66 million to US$90 million.
