Monex increases control over 3iQ to 97.8%, with a price of $45.84 million

According to ChainCatcher, according to the announcement of BeInCrypto and Monex Group, Monex, a parent company of Japan's Coincheck, has acquired 20.6% of the equity of Canadian crypto asset manager 3iQ Digital Holdings, with a transaction price of 45.84 million Canadian dollars (about 31 million US dollars), and the voting ratio has risen to about 97.8%. It is reported that 3iQ's management scale has increased by 39% year-on-year to CAD 1.51 billion, and has launched Solana staking ETFs and XRPETFs on the Toronto Exchange this year.
