According to Foresight News, Hong Kong-listed company Yingyun plans to subscribe to 168.5 million shares of Guofu Quantum at a price of HK$1.78 per share. Previously, Fuqiang Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guofu Quantum Innovation Co., Ltd., registered and established the "Guofu Tokenization Digital Assets Limited Partnership Fund" (RWA8 Fund).
