OpenAI will launch an AI-enabled recruitment platform next year

Huobi HTX reported that artificial intelligence company OpenAI will launch an AI-powered recruitment platform next year, connecting employers with job seekers with AI skills, and simultaneously launching a program aimed at training and certification of 10 million Americans by 2030. Walmart will provide the certification program for free to its 1.6 million U.S. employees. The plan, announced at the White House Artificial Intelligence Education Conference, will enable OpenAI to form a more direct competition with LinkedIn while responding to the risks of disruptive changes in the labor market. OpenAI CEO Fygi Simo said the program is designed to help workers adapt to change, validate their skills through certification systems and support new jobs.
