HSBC: Raising S&P 500's end-of-year target to 6,500 points

HSBC said that the performance of the company was strong in the second quarter, especially technology and financial stocks, with companies showing that the impact of tariffs was moderate. In addition, HSBC expects the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates in September, expecting a total of 0.75% by 2026, and the market generally expects to fall by more than 1.25%. HSBC also raised its forecast for the index's earnings per share this year, from 9% to 12%, and the market average is expected to rise by 11%.
