American Bitcoin, a Bitcoin mining company supported by Trump brothers, is about to go public in Nasdaq

According to the Wall Street Journal, American Bitcoin, the Bitcoin mining and accumulation business supported by President Trump's two eldest sons, will be listed on Wednesday under the stock code "ABTC". American Bitcoin will debut in the Nasdaq stock market after completing its merger with Gryphon Digital Mining. The Trump brothers, Bitcoin mining company Hut 8 and other American Bitcoin shareholders will hold approximately 98% of the combined company, which will use "ABTC" as the trading code. Investors in Gryphon stock will hold the remaining shares.
