The company has acquired more than 1,000 bitcoins in an effort to become Europe's largest listed bitcoin fund management company.
To achieve the listing goal, the company, led by CEO Khing Oei, has entered into a binding agreement with Dutch small and medium-sized enterprise investment company MKB Nedsense NV to list on the Euromarket Amsterdam through a reverse acquisition. The Dutch company also announced the acquisition of European flagship Bitcoin Amsterdam to expand the popularization of Bitcoin.
