Linea Association will allocate 4% of LINEA to Linea Surge activity, with SBT issued

The Linea Association announced it has been approved to allocate 4% of LINEA to liquidity providers participating in Linea Surge activities, and as a first step in distribution, SBT was issued to eligible wallets last Friday.
