Figure announces IPO details: Estimated price per share is $18-20, and plans to issue 26,315,789 shares of Class A common stock

According to ChainCatcher, blockchain lending platform Figure Technology Solutions announced details of the initial public offering (IPO). It is reported that 26,315,789 shares of Class A common shares were issued, of which 21,461,085 were issued by Figure and 4,854,704 were issued by some shareholders of the sale. The IPO price is expected to be between $18.00 and $20.00 per share. Figure will not receive any gain from any share sale of shareholders in the sale. Figure expects to grant 30-day options to underwriters to purchase up to 3,947,368 shares of Class A common stock at the IPO price minus the underwriting discount and commission. In addition, Figure has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the stock code "FIGR".
