Circle partnered with Mastercard and Finastra to promote USDC global payments

According to Wu, Circle announced a partnership with Mastercard and Finastra to promote the use of USDC in the global payment system. Mastercard will support merchants and acquiring agencies to use USDC to settle transactions with Euro Coin in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Arab Financial Services and Eazy Financial Services will be the first to adopt. Financial software company Finastra will also integrate USDC into its cross-border payment platform Global PAYplus.
