PANews September 2nd news, according to Binance announcement, Binance will stop the commission rate adjustment mechanism based on BNB holdings starting from 08:00 on September 9, 2025. At that time, the higher commission rates (40% spot and 20% contract) enjoyed by existing users with 500 BNB and above will be gradually cancelled. All commission rates will be adjusted to be based on user recommendation activities and performance.
