These include increasing the number of statutory shares (the upper limit of statutory shares is revised to 2,723,000,000 shares), shareholders' meetings without a fixed location (pure online shareholders' meetings are allowed), the establishment of authorized shares, and relevant terms for Class A shares and Class B shares.
