Trump administration plans to rebuild Gaza through GREAT Trust proposal

According to Shenchao TechFlow, the Trump administration is developing a post-war plan to provide tokens to Palestinians through the GREAT Trust proposal in exchange for their voluntary departure from the Gaza region. The plan consists of five phases, which will establish a blockchain-based land registration system for Gaza and achieve land rights tokenization in the secondary market. The region will be redeveloped into a 6-8 AI-powered smart city. Plans include the Elon Musk smart manufacturing area and the Trump Riviera inspired by Dubai’s artificial island. Residents who accept the program can return to Gaza after 10 years and redeem the token for reconstruction of their homes. About 500,000 people are expected to leave Gaza through the plan by the 10th year.
