Grayscale submits revised S-1 file to convert Dogecoin Trust into ETF, NYSE Arca proposes to modify its Ethereum Trust

BlockBeats News, on September 20, Grayscale has filed a revised S-1 document to convert its closed Dogecoin Trust into an ETF, according to The Block. According to the filing, Grayscale will select Coinbase as the main broker and custodian of Dogecoin ETF. If approved, the ETF will be traded on the New York Stock Exchange Arca Exchange under the stock code GDOG. Previously, the New York Stock Exchange Arca Exchange had filed an application to trade Grayscale Dogecoin Trust. Meanwhile, New York Stock Exchange Arca also submitted a proposal to modify the Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF and its "mini" version to trade under the recently approved "General Listing Standard", which will reduce strict regulation by the US SEC.
