Crypto Hosting Company BitGo Submits U.S. IPO Application

According to Bijie.com, ME News, on September 20 (UTC+8), crypto custody company BitGo publicly submitted an IPO application to the United States on Friday, intending to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock code "BTGO", and Goldman Sachs and Citigroup serve as lead underwriters. Founded in 2013, BitGo is one of the largest crypto asset custodians in the United States, providing storage and protection services for institutional clients. The S-1 document shows that the company will issue Class A common shares while maintaining a dual equity structure. Co-founder and CEO Michael Belshe will maintain a majority voting rights after the issuance. The company will also meet the definition of a "holding company" on the NYSE and may enjoy partial governance requirements exemptions.
