Michael Sayser says one asset will crush the S&P 500

Source: CoinWorld
MicroStrategy executive chairman Michael Saylor said in a podcast interview that Bitcoin is entering a new phase and will eventually replace the S&P 500 as the global standard for long-term wealth preservation. He compared Bitcoin to historically “quality real estate” such as gold and land, emphasizing its lack of cash flow advantages. Sailer pointed out that Bitcoin's year-on-year growth rate was as high as 99%, and believed that the recent price decline was only temporary and attributed it to investors "Bitcoin rich and fiat poor". He believes that as Bitcoin turns to institutional investors, volatility is declining, and Bitcoin is expected to appreciate an average annualized appreciation of 29% over the next 21 years. Sailer also described Bitcoin as “digital capital”, which will give birth to new credit instruments with higher yields and lower risks.
