The Fed cuts interest rates to reshape the market, three stocks worth buying

The Fed cut interest rates by 25 basis points to 4%-4.25%, the first rate cut since the end of 2024 and is expected to cut two more interest rates this year. Previously, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) significantly revised the number of jobs to -910,000, indicating that the labor market is weak, the economy is in a K-shaped shape, and there is a differentiation in wage growth among different income groups. Digital Realty Trust reported second-quarter revenue of $1.49 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10%, with operating cash flow (FFO) of $1.75 per share. T-Mobile reported a record-breaking net profit of $3.2 billion in the second quarter, a year-on-year increase of 10%, and raised its dividend by 16% to $1.02 per share. Valero Energy, which has strong cash reserves and a net debt capitalization rate of 19%, returned $695 million to shareholders in the second quarter.
