Hong Kong-listed companies appoint Scroll executives and other blockchain industry personnel as executive directors

According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, Yongheng Strategic Investment Co., Ltd. announced the appointment of Tomasz Wojewoda, Raza Zaidi and Zhao Yan as executive directors of the company. Zaidi is currently the leader of growth for Scroll, a network of Ethereum native zkEVM Layer 2. Wojewoda has served as global leader in core projects such as Binance, Scroll Foundation, and Chainlink, leading ecological growth and cross-border cooperation.
