According to the announcement of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Zhonghuan New Energy Holdings Group Co., Ltd. announced that it would enter into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Ant Blockchain Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Ant Blockchain"). Specifically, the parties to the contract will take advantage of Ant Blockchain's core technology and service advantages in blockchain technology, data asset full-link solutions, artificial intelligence models and ecological integration, and combine Zhonghuan New Energy's strength in high-tech and manufacturing industries, including new energy intelligent manufacturing, integrated construction and operation of photoreservation and charging, hydrogen energy development and utilization, and comprehensive energy services of zero-carbon industrial parks with source network and load storage capabilities, jointly explore the following main areas: new energy asset tokenization, new energy asset intelligent operation, dual carbon and green certificate service cooperation, etc.
