Scroll DAO will suspend daily operations, but retain veto

According to Huobi HTX, Scroll DAO said it plans to start recruiting members of the Governance Council in the next few days. The upcoming Governance Committee is expected to assist in the drafting of the updated DAO charter, with the new structure being planned for the January 2026 voting cycle. Under the restructuring plan, the DAO will report to the Scroll Foundation, which will provide supervision and reserve the veto power if necessary.
