CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr tweeted, "Bitcoin price rises, while long-term risk declines because expensive STH tokens expire causes the actual LTH price to rise faster. This is a healthy reset of LTH profits and a factor supporting the trend continuation. Long-term risk has been declining since March because the actual LTH price is rising faster than the spot price. This creates a bullish divergence and indicates a healthy market structure for long-term holders. Tokens purchased at higher prices in the spring and summer are maturing (over 6 months) and gradually transitioning to the LTH population. Its high cost basis drives LTH RP to rise faster than the price itself, so LTH MVRV has not risen, so normalization risk has declined."
