Ethereum Fusaka upgrade will be available in December

Ethereum developers completed the Fusaka upgrade launch plan during ACDC 165, with the Holesky testnet scheduled to launch on October 1, Sepolia on October 14, Hoodi on October 28, and mainnet on December 3. Once activated, blob capacity will be expanded in two phases: from 6/9 to 10/15 in the first week and from 14/21 in the second week to enhance network scalability.
