PayPal stablecoin PYUSD expands to 9 new blockchains

According to Huobi HTX, payment giant PayPal announced that its US dollar stablecoin PYUSD has expanded to 9 new blockchains through the LayerZero cross-chain protocol, namely Abstract, Aptos, Avalanche, Ink, Sei, Stable, Tron, as well as the automatically integrated Berachain and Flow. Previously, PYUSD has been released natively on Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum and Stellar. Since its launch in 2023, the total supply of PYUSD has increased to $1.3 billion, aiming to accelerate entry into new markets and further consolidate its position in the crypto economy.
