According to Jinshi data, strategists at Nordic Bank of Sweden pointed out that the Norwegian central bank may cut interest rates again next year, reducing the key interest rate to a terminal interest rate level of 3.75%. The bank expects the Norwegian central bank to suspend interest rate cuts, assess the impact of the two implemented interest rate cuts, and decide whether to further stimulate the economy based on subsequent economic data. Nordic Sian Bank said inflation slowdowns could be faster than Norwegian central bank expected, so it is expected to cut interest rates again next year, possibly as early as June. Meanwhile, the Norwegian central bank will maintain a restrictive policy stance to avoid exacerbating inflation risks.
