Or, they will ask your employees a programming question and then send some sample code; they impersonate users and send you a link in a customer support request. The linked page may contain some kind of virus that needs to be downloaded; they pay/bribe your employees and outsourced vendors to gain access to data. For all encryption platforms, train your employees not to download files and carefully filter your candidates."
