According to BlockBeats, on September 18, Japanese casual clothing retailer Mac House announced that the shareholders' meeting has approved the company's name to be renamed Gyet Co., Ltd., a strategic transformation to the cryptocurrency and digital assets sector, according to Beincrypto. The company's revised articles of association add a wide range of digital businesses, including cryptocurrency acquisitions, transactions, management and payment services, as well as cryptocurrency mining, pledges, lending and liquidity mining. In addition, it covers blockchain system development, NFT-related projects, and research on generative artificial intelligence and data center operations. Previously, Gyet had launched a $11.6 million Bitcoin acquisition program and tested mining operations in relatively low-voltage U.S. states such as Texas and Georgia, with a goal of holding more than 1,000 BTC.
