Slow fog CISO: AMOS variant Trojan Odyssey steals sensitive data such as encrypted wallets through fake AI tools

Odaily Planet Daily News: 23pds, chief information security officer of Slow Mist Technology, posted on the X platform that Odyssey, a variant of the AMOS stealing Trojan, is serving fake AI tool advertisements through channels such as Twitter, inducing users to download malware disguised as AI tool clients. It uses AppleScript scripts as the main payload to steal sensitive data such as system information, browser data, encrypted currency wallet information, etc.
