Market research startup Keplar has received a $3.2 million seed round led by Kelpeng Huaying, followed by SV Angel, Common Metal and South Park Commons. Founded in 2023 by former Google engineers Dhruv Guliani and William Wen, Keplar uses voice AI to conduct customer interviews, providing faster and more economical insights than traditional methods. The platform automates surveys and generates detailed reports, and its customers include Clorox and Intercom. Competitors such as Outset and Listen Labs are also targeting AI-driven market research.
