Sources who declined to be named revealed that the recent executives who left Kraken include David Olsson, global head of organization sales, Shannon Kurtas, head of exchange business and vice president of product and professional services, Jeff K (JeffK), director of OTC, and Sanjay K (Sanjay K), head of OTC.
