According to GlobeNewswire, Nasdaq-listed company GD Culture announced that it has signed a share exchange agreement to acquire Pallas Capital Holding, including its 7,500 Bitcoins.
It is reported that after the completion of this transaction, GD Culture will officially establish and launch the digital asset treasury strategy.
