Mogo announces Joanna Floyd as a board member

Mogo Inc. (NASDAQ: MOGO; TSX: MOGO) Appoints Joanna Floyd to the Board of Directors. Joanna Floyd has served at Bain Capital, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank, with extensive global financial services and leadership experience. She currently serves as partner and chief operating officer of The Work Psychologists. Joanna will replace outgoing Kees van Winters.
