Metaplanet sets up subsidiaries in the United States and Japan to expand its Bitcoin business

According to Wu, Japanese micro-strategy Metaplanet announced the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Metaplanet Income Corp., in Miami, USA, to expand its Bitcoin income business and related derivatives transactions, with an initial capital of US$15 million. In addition, Metaplanet announced the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary Bitcoin Japan Inc. and strategically acquired the domain name Bitcoin.jp.
