Ju.com issued a statement on the abnormality of the 5M community project, announcing that it has launched the "JuTrust" on-chain insurance mechanism to provide compensation to affected users. This mechanism is implemented at a 30% insurance ratio: users with mild losses will receive JU computing power compensation, and users with severe losses will receive JU computing power + JU tokens double compensation, and the first batch of compensation is expected to be paid within 3 working days. Sammi Li, CEO of Ju.com, said: "5M is an independent third-party project, but Ju.com always insists on user first. Even if the risk comes from outside, we will protect user rights and interests through risk control and insurance mechanisms. The main platform's transaction, custody, and recharge functions are normal, and user funds are safe and secure. All functions of the platform operate stably, and the withdrawal channel remains normal. As of now, the platform has completed more than 12,000 withdrawals reviews and processing, and all businesses are being promoted in an orderly manner." Ju.com said that it will further improve the access standards for third-party projects, expand the coverage of JuTrust insurance, and provide users with long-term and stable protection with risk education and transparent operations. At the same time, Ju.com responded to the fluctuations of the platform currency, saying that due to the impact of the market environment and liquidity, the short-term price fluctuations of the JU platform currency are normal, which does not affect the platform operation and user funds safety. Ju.com stressed that with the continued implementation of applications such as RWA stock trading, JuCard payment, and JuTrust insurance, JU's long-term value foundation is solid.
