According to Shenchao TechFlow, a survey released by EY-Parthenon on September 15 shows that most financial institutions and enterprises that do not use stablecoins plan to configure stablecoins in the next 6 to 12 months. The survey covers 350 decision makers, and 54% of non-stablecoin users are expected to be implemented by 2026, which could significantly increase global stablecoin adoption from 13%. Among current users, 41% reported savings of more than 10% of costs, and cross-border supplier payments were the most common use case, accounting for 62%. USDC usage is 77%, USDT is 59%, and EURC is 45%. It is expected that by 2030, stablecoins will account for 5% to 10% of global payment value, equivalent to US$2.1 trillion to US$4.2 trillion.
