Yara: Illegal minted YU tokens to be destroyed on September 23

Stablecoin Protocol Yala disclosed in its latest post-fact report that the hacker created a fake cross-chain bridge using temporary keys on September 13, over-mining 30 million YUs, cashing out about 7.64 million USDC (1636 ETH), and some funds have been transferred to Tornado Cash. Bitcoin reserves were not affected. The hacker has returned approximately 22.28 million YU. Yala announced that it will destroy all illegally minted YUs on September 23, restore the 1:1 exchange rate with USDC and initiate liquidation compensation claims procedures. The company will also strengthen cross-chain security audit and multi-party management and control mechanisms.
