Korean drama "Going to the Moon" brings cryptocurrency fanatics into prime time

The Korean drama "Go to the Moon" will premiere on Friday, telling the story of retail investors in cryptocurrency during the 2017-2018 bull market. The play is adapted from a best-selling novel and tells the story of three low-income women chasing wealth through cryptocurrency speculation. Actress Luo Meilan revealed that she holds $360 worth of Ethereum but doesn't know how to extract it. Director Wu Duoying stressed that the show did not beautify cryptocurrency investment, but reflected South Korea's daily cryptocurrency trading volume of US$3.15 billion.
