Web3 smartphone maker Nothing completes $200 million Series C funding at $1.3 billion valuation

According to ChainCatcher, Web3 smartphone maker Nothing announced a $200 million Series C financing with a valuation of $1.3 billion, the company previously launched the blockchain phone Nothing Phone with Polygon. The round is led by Tiger Global, with other investors including existing investors such as GV, Highland Europe, EQT, Latitude, I2BF and Tapestry. The new round of financing has brought Nothing's total financing amount to more than $450 million. "This marks a new chapter for us: from building the only emerging smartphone company in the past decade to building an AI-native platform that integrates software and hardware," said founder Carl Pei, who plans to launch its first AI-native devices next year.
