Listed company GD Culture to acquire 7,500 Bitcoins in Pallas Capital Assets

PANews September 17th news, according to Globenewswire, GD Culture Group Limited (NASDAQ: GDC) announced that the company signed a share exchange agreement on September 10, 2025 to acquire 100% of the issued and circulating common shares of Pallas Capital. After the transaction is completed, the company will issue 39,189,344 shares of common shares and acquire all of Pallas Capital's assets, including 7,500 Bitcoins, without any possession of ownership.
